Shipping and Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our solid grasscloth wallpapers are shipped within 1-2 working days.

Printed grasscloth wallpapers are produced sustainably on-demand through a lean production process. This will typically take between 4-6 days to produce.

We ship only on Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped from Europe. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being produced and a tracking code once it is shipped. Sample orders usually ship within 5 business days.
 

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping cost for orders are calculated at checkout depending on your location. We ship all orders above €150 for free.
 

We do ship wallpapers internationally. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.

• The material must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
• Using our packaging for the return shipment.
• The delivery cost is paid by the buyer.
• In case of a refund, the amount will be paid back within 14 days after the material is received and inspected. 
• The amount will be transferred to the same payment method that was used for the order.

We produce custom printed wallcoverings through a lean production process. We do not stock any printed  products and try to minimize our waste. Therefore, we highly encourage ordering samples before placing complete wallpaper orders. If you are not happy with your orders, please contact us to discuss an exchange. 

We inspect all rolls prior to shipment, however, defects in the craftsmanship may still occur. Exchanges for these items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. We recommend to inspect each wallpaper panel before starting your installation, because the material must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Prior to sending your shipment back for an exchange, please email us at info@desardidecor.com to receive an official return form.
